A great educational experience requires more than superior classroom facilities. Luckily, we have a wide range of additional academic resources and services to help you get the most out of your education.

Office of Academic Advisement

Academic advisors work one-on-one with students to help them explore career interests and plan their programs accordingly.

Center for Student Services

The Center for Student Services (CSS) was created to integrate a number of administrative, academic, career, and financial services. Located in the lower level of the Nugent Building, the Center includes the Offices of Academic Advisement, Career Development and Internships, Registration and Records, Financial Aid and Student Accounts.

The Thomas J. Shanahan Library

The Library has a wide variety of journals, periodicals, and online databases to meet your research needs, plus computer labs and study carrels. Located on the second floor of the Nugent Building, the Library also houses the Media Center and Archives.

The Theresa Lang Theatre

Students in the Dance and Theatre programs have the opportunity to work and perform in the theatre, whether in music, dance, opera, or drama.

The Theresa Lang Center for Producing

Communications Arts students enjoy working in the state-of-the-art digital audio, video, and multimedia suites that the Center for Producing provides.

Ruth Smadbeck Communication and Learning Center

With on-site supervision and training for students in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, the Communication and Learning center is a valuable educational asset.

The Writing Center

The Writing Center combines literary resources and unique events, such as courses and workshops with authors, to encourage students to develop their writing skills.

Hewitt Gallery of Art

This well-known showcase gallery provides prominent and emerging artists the opportunity to gain exposure on campus and in New York City.
